You are not alone

Parenting a child with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) can be overwhelming and exhausting at times, which is why being part of our community of parent carers can help lighten the load. At SGPC we are all parent carers, so we truly understand the challenges you face. From our personal experiences and those of the parent carers in our community, we have gained valuable insight, information and SEND knowledge which can help you.

Join our community

  • Connect with other parent carers in our Facebook group

  • Gain information and support at our community base in Kingswood, as well as online in our workshops and support sessions

  • Sign up to our database to receive emails with the latest SGPC news and events

  • Have your say: take part in one of our surveys or engagement sessions to make your voice heard - we feed back your views anonymously to service providers

We are passionate about making positive changes to the services used by families of SEND children

Looking after your own wellbeing and feeling connected to a caring and supportive community is paramount
