Join Naz of the Wellbeing College for a course in Mindfulness for Parents and Carers.

The course involves:

  • Taking time out to focus on yourself in a relaxing environment and understanding and supportive space.

  • Learning to actively relax and breathe well.

  • Gentle movement.

The course runs from 4 - 6 weeks and begins on Thursday February 28th.

Arrival for 11 AM. Finishes at 12:15 PM

The base will be open before arrival time if anyone want to pop in to see and enjoy the base, or just have a cup of tea and a chat.
