Whilst we collect views of our community and collate this information together to help our Parent reps at all the meetings we sit at, it is also very important to us that we share with you what our community tell us .

This section of our website will show you What You have said .

Equally important to us is what happens with your feedback and how does it feed into making improvements.

What You Said from our Tell Us Form

As of Sept 2017 we have had approx 175 comments collected about either a service or support or a wide range of comments . This was through our hard copy surveys and our new online version.  We launched our Live online Tell Us form in May 2017  that you can complete anytime of the day and as many times as you want to.  Our Tell us form asks a wide range of questions covering Education , Health and Social care.  You can find our Tell us Form here .

To find out what we collated please read on.

SEND Strategy

Throughout Sept and Oct 2017 we worked with the Local authority and Health Commissioners on 8 engagement events where we listened to your views.  We ran a number of sessions covering different times of the day to ensure we provided an opportunity for Parent Carers and non parent carers to have a say so that we can co produce the new SEND Strategy .  We took approx 800 individual comments and grouped this into common themes.

We have worked extremely hard for our community ensuring our views as parents and Carers are added as much as possible.

We worked in partnership to create a Draft SEND Strategy which became available in January 2018.

We ran two consultation events in Feb 2018 to helped to finalise the strategy and the results were released in May 2018.
