Sometimes, things are just better face to face.
Our New Community Base; a space for you.
Our base is now open!
Our base is a special haven where parent carers are able to relax and embrace time to themselves. We are open every Thursday (term-time) for you to drop in 10am - 2pm.
Come along to our welcoming space and be met by another Parent Carer who understands your journey and will be able to give you information, sign post you to services and give you time, a listening ear and a cup of tea. Join in with our crafts, gardening or pampering activities or simply bring your own! (See below for details). We also have a special sensory room which can be accessed by adults and children during the session.
We hold regular workshops and courses on everything from parenting strategies (Mapping your SEND Journey. A Toolkit for the Road), specific disability issues and self-care.
