We are delighted to be able to offer counselling to our members at a reduced rate.
Many people seek support in times of emotional distress, anxiety and doubt. Sometimes we can get this support from our friends and family. Yet for some this support network is not there, or perhaps you just need an impartial listener who you know will not judge or try to interfere.
Our qualified counsellors will be working together in a voluntary capacity and are extremely committed to helping parent/carers through tough times on their journey as a carer. If what we can offer you sounds like it may help, please complete the contact form at the end of the page and will we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Costs, terms and conditions.
In order to sustain this vital service there will be a charge of £15 per person per session. (That's a whopping discount for our parent/carers compared to the average counselling fee of £45 - £60 per session!!!)
Typically clients are offered 6 once weekly sessions.
Naturally we understand that life often throws spanners in the works and that attending an appointment is not possible. In order that this volunteer ran vital service is sustained and we help as many parent carers as possible, attendance cancellations will still need to be paid for at the full rate.
Where possible we ask for at least 24 hours notice and we will endeavour to rearrange appointments where possible.
